Cancellation Policy
Consultation calls are scheduled as a courtesy and provided at no cost. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the time available to others. We understand that schedules change, and there is no penalty for cancellations or rescheduling. If you miss your scheduled time, we’re happy to help you rebook when it’s convenient.
